Wendy has been amazing. I have booked multiple vacations through this agency. 2 through covid and she has always been so patient with me. We are hotel snobs I’ll admit it, so we are tough to please. Always accommodating with phenomenal customer service! I highly recommend Wendy Hershey when booking your vacation!

Shannon assisted our family with a Disney World and Universal trip during spring break in April 2023. Shannon was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She promptly responded to each of my e-mails during the booking process (and I had many questions!). She provided so much detail in each response, and really took the time to understand all of our needs. During the trip, we texted multiple times each day. Shannon made all of our Genie+ ride reservations, dining reservations, helped us get into virtual queues for multiple rides, and answered so many miscellaneous questions along the way! During one of our phone calls before the trip, Shannon told me she feels like she is IN the park with the families who book with her, and we felt that way too. She helped us so much, it felt like she was right there with us, each day/at every park. We are so grateful for all her expertise and we will definitely be booking with Shannon again!

Leeanne Roberts is the most amazing and patient travel agent I have ever worked with! She helped our family of 4 plan all the details of our Disney trip a few years ago. And now, she helped our family of 6 adults plus 4 kids with a trip to Jamaica (while simultaneously helping me plan a bachelorette party in Scottsdale for 5 of us ladies). WOW.
